You transfer to the wallet issued for your deal. We confirm on the first network confirmation.

Choose collection
Office pickup with an appointment, or an insured courier to the address you name.

Take the cash
Notes counted and checked in front of you. Receipt issued on request.
Common questions
Is there a minimum?
Cash settlements start at 1 000 USD equivalent. There is no upper limit, large tickets are scheduled a day ahead.
Which currencies can I collect?
The local currency of the country, plus USD and EUR in every location we serve.
Do you ask for documents?
For standard tickets we only need a name for the courier or office pass. Larger amounts follow our compliance procedure.
How fast is courier delivery?
Same day in most cities, next morning elsewhere. The courier is insured for the full amount.
